Belt conveyor
The batching plant conveyor mainly includes two major conveying systems: aggregate and powder. In the aggregate conveying, usually using continuous belt concrete conveyor or elevating bucket; and cement and other powdery additives are mainly rely on screw concrete conveyor to complete the conveying operation. Regardless of the material to be conveyed, there is a need to strictly control the dust generation and ensure that the conveying efficiency matches the cycle time of the entire production system.
Flat concrete belt conveyor
The basic structure of the flat concrete conveyor consists of core components such as drive unit, conveyor belt, redirecting roller, roller group, adjusting screw, sweeper and guide hopper, etc. Among them, the redirecting roller is used to adjust the conveying direction and increase the driving angle. Reversing pulleys are used to adjust the conveying direction and increase the transmission angle, roller sets support the conveyor belt and material operation, adjusting screws are responsible for belt tension and trajectory adjustment, sweepers remove belt residues, and guide hoppers ensure that the material falls accurately in the predetermined position.
Inclined concrete belt conveyor
The inclined belt concrete conveyor system is equipped with a tensioning device, a protective cover, a service walkway and an emergency stop switch. The tensioning device ensures that the conveyor belt has sufficient tension, the protective cover is dustproof and rainproof, the maintenance aisle facilitates daily maintenance, and the emergency stop switch is installed at both ends of the equipment as an important safety protection device.

Bucket conveyor
This concrete conveyor system consists of winch, motor, rail support, lifting bucket and wire rope, etc. It is especially suitable for mixing stations with limited space. The system adopts a braked winch with pulley set and wire rope to realize hopper lifting and lowering, and single rope or double rope transmission can be adopted according to the different scales of the mixing plant. The lifting hopper volume is designed to be more than 1.6 times of the mixing discharge capacity, and the running speed is usually controlled at 0.4-0.5m/s. Various working modes can be realized by frequency conversion or double-speed motor. Large and medium-sized mixing plant mostly adopts double motor drive and maintains forced synchronization, while small-sized mixing plant generally adopts single motor drive scheme.


Screw conveyor
Screw conveying system realizes powder conveying through rotating screw blades, and its completely sealed chamber structure can effectively prevent environmental pollution and material moisture. The system can realize horizontal, vertical and inclined multi-angle conveying, the maximum working angle can reach 60 degrees. The variable pitch design of the conveyor blades utilizes a smaller pitch in the charging section to increase the filling volume, and gradually increases the pitch in the conveying section to prevent backflow of the powder. The standard configuration of the spiral concrete conveyor system pipe diameter range of 160-325mm, conveying capacity of 20-100t / h, speed control in the 90-300r/min, the actual work of the spiral pipe filling coefficient maintained between 30% -50%. For the requirements of more than 14m conveying requirements, it can be used to complete, and needs to configure the intermediate support and lubricable coupling. In case of prolonged suspension in a high-humidity environment, the tube must be completely emptied of material to avoid agglomeration.


Powder vacuum transfer system
Powder vacuum transfer system is mainly used to convey powdery materials. Cement and mixing materials are generally transported by bulk cement trucks, using the conveying system on the bulk cement truck for conveying, the bulk powdery materials are blown into suspension by the compressed air in conveying, the mixed gas is transported along the pipeline to the tank, and the dust collector on the top of the silo collects the dust in the overflow gas from the tank. When using bagged cement, a set of bagged cement pneumatic suction device is needed for pneumatic conveying.


Precautions for operation of batching plant conveyor belt
Before running
confirm that the belt conveyor equipment, personnel, the conveyed goods are in a safe and intact state; secondly, to check the movement parts of the normal no foreign body, check all the electrical lines are normal, normal before the belt conveyor into operation. Later, we should check the difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment is not more than ±5%.

During operation
- Close the main power switch, check whether the power supply of the equipment is fed normally and whether the power indicator is on. After normal operation, proceed to the next step.
- Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. The normal state is: the equipment does not move, the belt conveyor running indicator does not light, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is bright, the display panel of the inverter shows normal (no fault code display).
- In accordance with the process flow in turn to start the electrical equipment, the last electrical equipment start normal (motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed, normal state) and then start the next electrical equipment.
- During the batching plant conveyor belt operation, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of the articles in the design of the conveyed articles and the design capacity of the belt conveyor. Secondly, it should be noted that all kinds of personnel shall not touch the moving parts of the belt conveyor, and non-professionals shall not touch the electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will.
