Working process of concrete batching plant
Preparation
Fill sand, stones, cement, water and other materials. Set concrete type and recipe on the computer.
Automatic weighing
The system weighs all materials in the right ratio automatically.
Feeding and mixing
All materials go into the mixer in order. Mix for some seconds until well mixed.
Output and transport
After mixing, concrete comes out and goes into concrete trucks. Trucks send it to the work site.
Then the plant starts the next round automatically.
