Equipment for dry concrete batch plant
The batching system consists of aggregate bins, cement silos and additive silos for the storage of various raw materials and is equipped with anti-clogging devices and dust removal equipment. The dosing unit ensures accurate proportioning of aggregates, cement and additives. The conveying system utilizes aggregate conveyors, cement conveyors and additive conveyors to deliver the raw materials to the mixer. The core equipment of the mixing system is the mixer, which is used to mix the raw materials in a dry state. The common types are double horizontal shaft mixer and vertical mixer. The automated control system realizes fully automatic batching, conveying and mixing operations, and the monitoring system ensures real-time tracking of the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
Dedusting system reduces environmental pollution through bag filter or cyclone dust collector. The storage and packaging system includes finished product silos and packaging machines for storing and packaging dry mix concrete. Auxiliary equipment such as air compressors and water pumps provide the necessary support. Air compressors are used for pneumatic conveying and dust removal, and water pumps are used for equipment cleaning. Transportation equipment includes tank trucks or bagged transport vehicles to deliver finished concrete to the construction site.

A dry batch concrete plant is a specialized plant for producing dry mix concrete. Dry batch concrete means that dry materials such as cement, aggregates (e.g. sand, stone) and additives are mixed proportionally, but no water is added, and then water is added and mixed for use after transportation to the construction site.

What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. We have a very good cooperation in shipping logistics, and the price is low. Not only is our product price advantageous, but so is our logistics price.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 7-10 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. We have the goods in stock and they will be shipped from the factory within three days. We will book the warehouse after you pay the advance payment.
What is the warranty of our machine?
Our main machine enjoys a 1 year warranty(except for the hammer), during this time all accessories broken can be changed for a new one. And we provide videos for machine install and operation.
What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we use standard exported wooden case for LCL goods, and fixed well for FCL goods.
