Planetary/Twin-Shaft Mixer: Homogeneous Mixing with No Dead Zones

Materials simultaneously rotate and revolve, with high-speed blades breaking up fiber clumps, improving mixing uniformity by 300%.

Suitable for the viscous slurry characteristics of UHPC, mixing time is 3-8 minutes, 5-10 times the mixing intensity of ordinary mixing plants, completely eliminating the problem of incomplete mixing in certain areas.

What is UHPC batching and mixing plant?

A UHPC concrete batching plant is a complete set of mixing and production equipment specifically designed for mixing and pouring ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). It’s not a simple upgrade of a regular commercial concrete plant but a specialized batching plant adapted to the special material ratios, mixing processes, and discharge requirements of UHPC. It’s also called a UHPC-specific batching plant or an ultra-high performance concrete batching plant.

UHPC itself is a special type of concrete with strength, toughness, and durability far exceeding that of ordinary concrete and high-performance concrete (HPC). Its compressive strength is generally ≥150MPa.
