Advantage of efficient production
It is compatible with double horizontal shaft or planetary mixers and can produce various types of concrete such as plastic and dry-hard ones, with high production efficiency.
The batching components are made of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, with a reasonable Angle design. The main unit is a vertical shaft planetary mixer, which can stir in all directions without dead corners, featuring fast stirring speed and uniform effect.
High quality and reliability
Key components (such as stirring arms, blades, etc.) are made from high-quality raw materials both at home and abroad as well as international brand parts, ensuring the quality of the equipment foundation.
Adopting electronic weighing and microcomputer control technology, equipped with buffer devices and automatic compensation functions, it features high measurement accuracy and further ensures the stability of concrete quality.
Green and environmental Protection advantages
Equipped with a pulse-type electric dust removal system, it has a large dust removal area and good effect, effectively reducing dust pollution.
The hydraulic-controlled discharge door is noiseless, and the entire production process is in a fully enclosed environment.
Meanwhile, the produced concrete can reduce pollution at the construction site and meet environmental protection requirements.
Convenient operating
The wet concrete produced can be used directly after being transported to the construction site without additional processing, thus saving operation steps.
The selection of raw materials is flexible. The aggregates can be either dry or wet and do not require drying. Industrial waste residues can also be mixed in, which not only saves resources and reduces costs but also facilitates quality control.
AGICO Group has more than 40 years of experience in the development and production of dry mortar batch plant, asphalt mixing plant, stabilized soil mixing plant, compact batch plant, mobile rmc plant and other products. High quality and strict factory inspection of products are AGICO’s pursuit. All products of the Group have passed ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification, EU CE certification and Customs Union CU-TR certification.

Working process of wet batch concrete plant

Raw material storage and transportation
Aggregates are stored in independent bins (usually three to four compartments) and are sent into weighing hoppers by loaders or conveyor belts.
Cement and fly ash are respectively stored in silos (with a capacity generally ranging from 50 to 200 tons) and sent to the weighing system by screw conveyors.
Aggregate hopper
Precise measurement and stable transportion
The measuring system precisely measures aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and admixtures to ensure that the proportion of each material meets production requirements.
The raw materials are transported by belt conveyor or screw conveyor smoothly.
Belt conveyor
Mixing process
All the measured materials are discharged into the central mixer (commonly used double-shaft horizontal mixers and planetary mixers), and the mixing time is 30 to 90 seconds until the concrete reaches a uniform consistency.
Belt conveyor
Transportation stage
If the wet-mixed concrete that has been well mixed is transported over a short distance, it should be directly discharged into the mixer truck. During transportation, the mixer truck should continuously mix to prevent concrete segregation.

What is wet mix batching plant
The wet mix batching plant is a concrete production facility that thoroughly mixes materials such as cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in a certain proportion within the station, and then transport them to the construction site by mixer trucks.
Main Types
Fixed wet batching plant: Suitable for large-scale concrete production, such as ready-mixed concrete plants, prefabricated component plants and large-scale infrastructure projects, with a production capacity ranging from 25 cubic meters to 300 cubic meters per hour.
Mobile wet batching plant: More suitable for small-scale concrete production, it features easy mobility and assembly, and can flexibly adapt to the demands of different construction sites.

The core advantages of wet concrete
Easy to use: It can be used directly upon transportation to the construction site without additional processing. Only sealed storage is required. Save on-site processing time and improve construction efficiency.
Quality control: Professional factory preparation, standardized environment and process, can precisely control quality and reduce quality fluctuations caused by differences in on-site preparation conditions.
Cost-effectiveness: A wide range of raw material options are available, and aggregates can be either dry or wet without the need for drying, reducing the cost of pretreatment. It can be mixed with industrial waste residue and used to produce artificial sand from solid waste, saving resources and reducing costs. It can also increase the usage of bulk cement and reduce related expenditures.
Environmentally friendly: No need to batch raw materials on site, reducing dust and noise pollution, improving the working environment, and meeting the requirements of green construction.
Production and construction characteristics of wet concrete
Production process: Flexible selection of raw materials, dry and wet aggregates can be used without drying, reducing costs. The wet batch concrete plant equipment upgrade features high batching accuracy and flexible admixture addition, meeting the production requirements.
Transportation and construction: Each ton contains 170-190 kilograms of water and needs to be transported by a mixer truck. Finished products should not be stored for more than 24 hours, and a construction plan should be well made. For regular use, a retarder can be added to prolong the setting time.
Cost analysis
From the perspective of comprehensive cost, compared with the same type of dry-mixed and wet concrete, when converted to tons based on the on-site price, each ton of wet concrete is over 6$ cheaper than that of dry-mixed mortar.
Based on the continuous calculation of the later construction cost, the construction cost per square meter of wet concrete is about 0.15$ cheaper than that of dry-mixed mortar. (Note: Costs vary by region. Please refer to the local actual situation for specific details).
