What is single shaft mixer?
The single shaft mixer is a new type of multi-functional concrete mixer. It is suitable for mixing plastic, dry-hard, lightweight aggregate concrete as well as various mortars and pastes. It boasts advantages including a wide application range, excellent mixing quality, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, reasonable structure, easy operation, fast discharging speed, long service life of liners and blades, and convenient maintenance. It is an ideal machine for various construction sites and small-to-medium precast component factories.

Structure of single shaft concrete mixer
Mixing Device: Composed of mixing drum, shaft, blades and shaft end seals. The integrally welded drum is equipped with 12 side liners and 77 arc liners (wear-resistant alloy cast iron), fixed by countersunk screws, with excellent wear resistance and durability.
Feeding System: Includes lifting mechanism, hopper, rail-type feeding frame and funnel. The detachable rail (easy for transportation and storage) and the brake motor-equipped lifting mechanism enable the hopper to start/stop at any position under full load.
Discharging Mechanism: Adopts high-strength rack and rolling flip structure, featuring fast, complete and controllable discharging with no jamming.
Water Supply System: Consists of micro water pump, various pipelines and valves, ensuring smooth water supply.
Electrical Control System: Covers mixing, lifting, water supply and discharging motors, plus control box and travel switches, with stable and reliable performance.

A: The equipment is equipped with a touchscreen control system, and the operation process is simple. Routine operations can be mastered within 1-2 days. A: Daily maintenance mainly includes cleaning the mixing drum, checking the lubricating oil, and tightening bolts, which only needs to be done 1-2 times a week. The wearing parts include mixing blades, lining plates, and seals. Under normal use, the replacement cycle of blades / lining plates is 6-12 months, and that of seals is 3-6 months.
