- The finished concrete products produced by a stabilized soil mixing plant are mainly used in the construction of transportation engineering projects such as roads, railways, and airports, while the finished concrete products produced by a concrete mixing plant are mainly used in the construction of various engineering buildings.
- The finished product requirements of a concrete mixing plant are higher than those of a stabilized soil mixing plant.
- The main machines used are different. The stabilized soil mixing plant uses a twin-horizontal continuous linerless mixing main machine, while the concrete mixing plant often uses a JS twin-horizontal forced mixer and an mp series vertical axis planetary mixer as the main machine, which has a stronger, more uniform and more ideal mixing effect.
- Since the proportion of cement required for stabilized soil production is relatively small, the number of cement tanks in the stabilized soil mixing plant equipment is very small, and often only one or two are enough. A concrete mixing plant generally requires three or four cement silos.
