Main parts for concrete mixer

Mixing blade
Made of Mn13 high-manganese steel (with a Cr2 composite alloy for special working conditions), they are wear-resistant and impact-resistant. CNC-machined for precise dimensions and easy installation, they also feature streamlined polishing to reduce drag.

Mixing arm
Made of Q355B high-strength steel, key areas are reinforced with forging. Three-coordinate measurement ensures precise mounting holes, eliminating the need for additional polishing.

Liner
Made of a high-manganese steel base layer with a chromium carbide wear-resistant layer for double wear resistance. CNC laser-cut to a contoured fit, they are also sprayed with an anti-stick coating.

Seals (shaft seal, end cap seal)
Shaft seals are constructed of a double layer of fluororubber and a metal frame, while end cap seals are constructed of nitrile rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene. Precision molded for precise fit and leak-proof operation.

Main engine shafts
Made of GCr15 bearing steel (with ceramic rolling elements for extreme operating conditions), precision-ground for a smooth surface and filled with long-lasting grease.

Gearbox gears and bearings
Gears are made of 20CrMnTi, carburized and hardened; reinforced tapered roller bearings are used. Gears undergo CNC hobbing and precision grinding, and bearings are sealed to prevent impurities.

Advantages of AGICO’s parts for concrete mixer
Highly wear-resistant materials, suitable for harsh working conditions, and extended service life
Exclusive materials for core components: High-wear parts such as the mixing blades and liners are made of high-manganese steel Mn13/65Mn alloy. After external refining and water-toughening, the hardness reaches HB200-300. Its impact and wear resistance is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary steel, and it can withstand the high-frequency impact and friction of concrete aggregates (stone, sand, and gravel) for a long time. The average service life is extended to 800-1200 working hours, significantly reducing downtime and replacement frequency.
Reinforced design of key connectors: Bearings and seals are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials. The seals utilize a double-layer fluororubber + metal frame structure, which is resistant to oil and cement slurry corrosion. They maintain a good seal in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 120°C, effectively preventing slurry and material leakage and reducing equipment maintenance costs.

Precision manufacturing, accurate dimensions, and comprehensive compatibility
CNC machining ensures accuracy: All concrete mixer parts are machined and inspected using CNC machines and coordinate measuring machines. Key dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.02mm. They are 1:1 compatible with genuine concrete mixer parts from major mixer brands, allowing for direct installation without modifying the equipment structure.
Customized adaptability: We offer custom drawings for older equipment and non-standard models. Based on the customer’s provided equipment model, concrete mixer spare parts samples, or dimensional parameters, we quickly provide customized concrete mixer parts solutions and complete production, addressing the difficulty of finding spare parts for specialized models.

Performance optimization and upgrades to improve equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption
Optimized Mixing Efficiency: The mixing blades feature a bionic streamlined design, reducing resistance during the mixing process, improving material mixing uniformity by 15%, and shortening the mixing cycle.
Energy-saving and consumption-reducing design: The concrete mixer spares in the transmission system are made of lightweight alloy, which is 20% lighter than traditional spares. The optimized tooth structure improves transmission efficiency by 12%, helping the equipment reduce fuel and electricity consumption by 5%-8%, saving considerable energy costs over the long term.
AGICO provides concrete mixer spare parts
Guaranteed Quality
AGICO Cement offers a comprehensive range of materials, all tested and certified, to meet diverse customer requirements and provide precision manufacturing.
Wear-resistant components such as mixing blades, arms, and liners are made of high-chromium cast iron. Large vertical mill rollers and grinding discs are vacuum-cast, resulting in finer grains at a lower cost and saving significant amounts of precious metals.

Strict Factory Inspection
Our concrete mixer spare parts undergo rigorous inspection and rigorous quality control to ensure they meet quality standards. Core concrete mixer parts undergo basic testing (checking appearance, dimensions, and compatibility) by professionals using high-precision equipment. Performance testing is then conducted under simulated operating conditions to ensure compliance.

Precision Manufacturing
Our company utilizes several patented casting processes to enhance product toughness and stability, ensuring durability. For example, our dual-medium quenching process utilizes a specialized, thermally stable dual-medium quenchant, resulting in products with high wear resistance, hardness, and toughness, meeting wear-resistant process requirements.

Differences of concrete mixer machine parts in twin-shaft mixer and planetary mixer
| Spare Part Name | Twin-Shaft Mixer | Planetary Mixer |
|---|---|---|
| Mixing Blade | Mostly spiral ribbon-shaped mixing shovels, fixed on the mixing arm and integrated with the mixing shaft. The utilization rate of the blade is relatively low. | Often adopts a parallelogram design structure. After wear, it can be rotated 180 degrees for continued use, so the utilization rate of the blade is relatively high. |
| Mixing Arm | Generally of straight-arm type, fixedly connected to the mixing shaft, with a relatively simple structure. | Mostly of clamp-block type structure with a streamlined design. Wear-resistant protective sleeves can be installed to extend its service life. |
| Wear Liner | Available in various types, such as the bottom liner of the mixing chamber, the main liner with central holes, the discharge port liner with offset holes, the fan-shaped side liner and the special-shaped side liner. | Designed according to the shape of the mixing drum and the material movement trajectory. Its shape and installation position are different from those of the twin-shaft mixer. |
| Shaft End Seal | Relatively simple in structure. For example, the shaft end seal of the JS series twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer consists of two parts: a sand cone and a bearing chamber. | Due to the more complex shaft movement of the planetary mixer, its shaft end seal may require better sealing performance and structural design to meet the operational requirements. |
| Transmission Components | The mixing shaft is generally driven to rotate directly by a reducer and a coupling, with a relatively simple transmission mechanism. The main transmission components include reducers, couplings, sprockets and chains. | A more complex transmission mechanism (such as a planetary gear transmission mechanism) is required to realize the revolution and rotation of the mixing shaft. Spline structures are often used between parts to transmit torque, and the planet carrier adopts a floating design. |
| Reducer | Usually uses a common gear reducer. | Mostly uses a planetary reducer. |
