What is aggregate hopper for concrete batch plant
Aggregate hopper for concrete batch plant is a sand and gravel batching device using a loader or belt conveyor to feed, can be used with cement silo and other equipment, with more than three kinds of materials, and concrete mixers and other measuring devices supporting the use of a combination of automatic and semi-automatic batch plant. This machine can make the accurate proportion of cement, sand, stone and so on, and it utilizes the electronic weighing system. The top panel of our batching machine can be lowered or withdrawn as required, which can reduce the labor intensity of the feeding part and increase the convenience of construction, and it is a batching device for concrete mixer.
Classification of aggregate hopper
Classification according to the number of material grades: according to the dosage demand, aggregate hopper for sale can be divided into two hoppers, three hoppers and four hoppers types to meet the diversified production needs.
Matching of mixer models: In order to adapt to the production of different scales, a variety of mixer models such as 600, 800, 1200, 1600, 2400, 3200 and 4800L are provided for flexible selection.
Weighing mode: Users can choose the cumulative measuring of each material or separate measuring of each material according to the needs, in order to realize better dosing control.

Structure of aggerate hopper for sale
The aggregate hopper for sale mainly includes three core systems: feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system.
(1) Feeding system: composed of storage hopper and feeding device, its function is to store materials and accurately add materials to the weighing hopper under the instruction of control system. Depending on the model, the feeding method may be belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
(2) Weighing system: This is the core part of aggregate hopper, covering key components such as weighing hopper, suspension device, sensor and dosage controller. Its task is to measure and calculate the weight of each component accurately.
(3) Electrical control system: This system is responsible for realizing the weighing, display, operation logic and automatic dosage program of the whole equipment. It is mainly composed of high-performance batching controller and strong electric circuit to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the batching process.
Working process of aggregate weighing hopper
The aggregate weighing hopper works on the principle that the upper part is equipped with a storage hopper for the raw material, while the lower part is connected to the measuring hopper and the discharge conveyor belt. When the dosage starts, the belt will drive the raw material in the hopper, and once it reaches the preset value, the belt will stop.
The control instrument will then configure the other materials in turn until all materials have been configured. At this point, the meter will start the discharge belt to send the material to the next step such as mixer or conveyor belt machine.
This kind of batching machine is suitable for small and medium-sized construction sites, its low-speed batching and fast unloading can guarantee the batching accuracy and improve the working efficiency, and the error can be controlled within 5Kg.
