Core Components of Modular Concrete Plant
Mixing System Module
It covers the full series of modular plants, ranging from 25 to 180 m³/h capacity. It features a modular design, allowing for quick installation and easy relocation. It is suitable for engineering stations and commercial concrete stations.
It has short working cycles and fast discharging. Its lining plates and blades have a long service life. It can work stably for continuous production.

Aggregate System Module
It can automatically mix 3 to 6 kinds of materials. Sand bins and weighing hoppers have vibrators, so materials discharge fast and do not stick. The belt conveys smoothly and supplies materials continuously.
The hopper finishes automatic batching with one button. The operation is user-friendly, reducing labor cost and operation mistakes.

Conveyor System Module
Belt conveyor has a small inclination angle and seamless rubber belt. It runs smoothly, does not run off track and has a long service life. It has a baffle to stop material spilling and an adjustable screw tension device at the tail.
Screw conveyor has a closed structure to stop dust from spreading. It conveys materials smoothly without leakage. It can work with weighing devices to transport and weigh materials at the same time, especially for powder materials.

Storage System Module
Vertical, horizontal and bolted types are available. Capacity from 60 to 200 tons can be chosen. Customization is supported to meet different site and production needs.
It has a material level system to show how much material is left in real time. It has an arch breaking device to stop materials from blocking.

Control System Module
It is controlled by industrial computer and PLC. It shows data digitally and records data for checking. It has strong anti-interference ability and runs stably.
The controller can automatically batch, mix, discharge materials, compensate drop, produce in batches and print data. It meets standardized production and management needs.

Installation Process and Working Process of Modular Concrete Batch Plant
Installation Process
Make the ground flat and firm, and build the base.
Lift the main mixing unit into place, adjust its level and fix it.
Install powder storage tanks and screw conveyors.
Put together the material distributor and belt conveyor system.
Connect pipes for water, additives and air.
Lay electric wires and connect them to the control system.
Check the whole machine, test it without materials, adjust the weighing system, and start production.

Working Process
Weigh sand and stones according to the set proportion.
Weigh powder materials like cement and fly ash with screw conveyors.
Measure water and additives automatically.
The above steps work simultaneously. Put all materials into the mixer.
Pour the finished concrete into trucks to complete production.
