Concrete mixer
The key parts of the mixing system are durable. The shaft end is lubricated automatically, so no manual maintenance is needed. It supports bucket or belt feeding to fit different construction sites.
Aggregate hopper
The batching system loads and discharges materials smoothly and avoids blockages. Its frame is strong and will not deform. Sensors weigh each material separately to make batching more accurate.
Cement Silo
There are different types of cement silos for you to choose. It can check material level, prevent blockages and remove dust. Materials are transported in a fully sealed way, with no pollution and no waste.
Conveying System
The conveying system uses screw conveyors for cement and belt conveyors for aggregates. The screw conveyor is durable, and the belt conveyor will not spill materials, which reduces cost and waste.
Control System
The control system is easy to operate. It can monitor the weighing scales automatically, vibrate when materials are short and alarm when there is too much or too little material. It can also save formulas, set parameters, find faults and print data.
Weighing System
The weighing system makes batching more accurate. The software can automatically add, deduct materials and reset to zero. It calculates the feeding time automatically without manual changes.
