Mixing tank
Thickened manganese steel/BW300TP high-strength wear-resistant steel/alloy steel is able to be selected. All are polished or shot blasted for rust prevention, and have strong resistance to wear and corrosion.
The tank body adopts a low-inclination design, which effectively reduces the center of gravity of the vehicle and improves driving stability. The mixing blades in the tank are designed with double logarithmic spiral lines, taking into account both feeding and discharging efficiency and low residual rate.

Reducer & hydraulic motor
Equipped with a genuine brand reducer and a two-stage planetary gear transmission, this system offers stable torque drive, strong load capacity, and low failure rate.
It is equipped with an imported high-power cycloid hydraulic motor (some models feature a column-mounted stator assembly) for high operating pressure and stable operation.
Combined with a flow control reversing valve, it efficiently drives the tank body in continuous rotation, preventing concrete settling and segregation.

Inlet and outlet hoppers
Wear pads are installed at all wear points, significantly extending their service life. Die-stamped, they offer a sleek and attractive appearance, effectively reducing material accumulation and facilitating daily cleaning.
A separate, extended, side-mounted hopper optimizes operational flow. The tank body is sprayed with an environmentally friendly, energy-saving paint for corrosion resistance, further extending its service life.

Cooling system
Equipped with an imported air-cooled radiator (automatic cooling at 60°C) and an imported all-copper radiator, the device features internal fins, significantly increasing the heat dissipation area and accelerating heat conduction.
The fan, using air as a cooling source, quickly removes heat, effectively preventing the hydraulic oil tank from overheating and ensuring continuous operation.

Reinforced chassis and tires
The reinforced chassis, compact and flexible body, and thicker material provide exceptional load-bearing capacity.
The tires, which are resistant to pressure and wear, offer excellent anti-slip grip, making it easily adaptable to narrow roads, tight turns, and standard height and width restrictions. It also offers stable operation even on complex terrain, such as muddy and bumpy roads.

Driving cabin
The cabin features a stylish interior that integrates safety, functionality, comfort, and aesthetics. The widened design provides excellent visibility and spacious interior space.
The layout is well-designed, with adjustable seats, fully floating eight-speed air brakes, and dual shock absorbers to effectively mitigate bumps. Structure and Operating Principle of Mini Concrete Truck
Structure
Mini concrete truck consists of a chassis, a mixing drum, a transmission system, a water supply system, a full-power power take-off (PTO), front and rear brackets for the mixing drum, a reducer, a hydraulic transmission system, a loading and unloading system, and an operating mechanism.
Structure
Its operating principle: Power is taken from the chassis via the PTO, driving the variable displacement pump in the hydraulic system, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy that is transmitted to the fixed displacement motor. The motor then drives the reducer, which in turn drives the mixing device to mix the concrete.
