Mobile cement mixing plant
All components (mixing host, batching bin, metering system) are integrated on 1-2 traceable steel structure chassis and transported by trailer. They can be assembled and put into production within 24-48 hours after arrival. When evacuating, they are easy to disassemble and leave no residue on the site.
Modular small cement mixing plant
The capacity of a single station is 60-180m³/h (corresponding to models HZS60, HZS120, and HZS180). Some large commercial concrete mixing stations can have multiple lines running in parallel (such as two HZS180 lines with a total capacity of 360m³/h).
Large cement mixing plant
The single-station production capacity is ≥180m³/h (mainstream models: HZS180, HZS200, HZS240). Super-large stations can adopt multiple lines in parallel, with a total production capacity reaching 500-600m³/h, meeting the daily demand for thousands of cubic meters of concrete in large-scale projects.

Flexible and stable structural design
Adopting a modular design, AGICO offers multiple configuration combinations based on user requirements to fulfill special needs. The frame-type chassis has high strength, is firmly installed, has low vibration and good stability. The discharge direction can be flexibly arranged according to the size of the site (in a straight line or L shape). A cleaning window is set at the bottom to facilitate the removal of internal materials. A pusher device is installed at the discharge port to make the unloading smoother.
Powerful and efficient performance of the mixer
The double horizontal shaft forced mixing host has strong mixing power and is suitable for dry-hard, plastic and high-performance concrete. It forces the mixing of materials through two counter-rotating mixing shafts driving the blades, with high mixing uniformity (error ≤2%). The hourly production capacity covers 35m³ (small) -240m³ (large). It is also equipped with wear-resistant liners (with a lifespan of approximately 3,000 to 5,000 hours) to reduce material wear on the equipment.
Intelligent and convenient control system functions
The control system adopts manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic microcomputer control systems, featuring functions such as fault alarm, drop correction, and proportioning storage (capable of storing a large number of formulas). It can preset the concrete proportioning (for example, C30 proportioning: cement 300kg, sand and gravel 1800kg, water 180kg, admixture 6kg), and automatically control the batching, mixing and unloading processes
Green and environmentally friendly design considerations
The design fully takes environmental protection factors into account. It can be equipped with an overall metal outer packaging, which is sturdy, durable and recyclable. Adopt an innovative respirator dust removal method to reduce energy consumption. Completely isolate the aggregate area from the interior of the main building to prevent dust emissions and keep the station clean and environmentally friendly.

Details of the equipment of cement concrete batching plan
Optional mixer – 100L-4500L
Double horizontal shaft or shaft planetary mixer is available as an option. Components are precisely processed by CNC. The tank is clamped once to ensure accuracy. After shot blasting and baking, the tank is both beautiful and durable.
Adopts a separate weighing type batching machine
Aggregates are weighed separately, which is fast and highly accurate; The collection hopper plate assembly is easy to install and has a large silo volume. The pneumatic adjustable batching door, the stone silo is equipped with an anti-jamming device, and the sand silo is fitted with a vibrator to prevent wet sand from sticking to the hopper.
Feeding conveyor can be installed according to on-site requirements
A-shaped/trough/flat belt feeding machines can be installed. The main drum is equipped with an external motor reducer, which has good heat dissipation and is convenient for maintenance. It is equipped with deviation alarm and maintenance walkway, and comes standard with a canopy and waste material recovery device, which is environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
Equipment reliability assurance
Obtained the production license for measuring instruments, the weighing system uses high-precision sensors, combined with high-quality butterfly valves and pneumatic components, ensuring fast action and tight sealing, guaranteeing the reliable operation of the equipment.
Wear-resistant and anti-sticking hopper
The aggregate hopper is equipped with wear-resistant plates to prevent wear and a vibrator to prevent wet sand from sticking to the hopper.
High-quality powder screw conveyor
The shell is made of high-quality steel pipe, and the blades have variable pitch for smooth feeding. It is equipped with universal joints for easy installation and an automatic lubrication system. Optional weighing child and mother screws are available to meet the requirements of high-precision batching.
