AGICO’s small concrete batch plant is a fully automatic concrete batch with five systems: material weighing system, mixing system, electrical control system, powder storage and conveying system, etc. It has a high-precision and high-efficiency microcomputer control system. The production capacity of the small batch plant is 25m³-75m³ per hour.
It is equipped with individual manual control, proportioning storage, automatic compensation of fallout, and printing system, which can automatically complete the scheduled tank production, which can automatically complete the production of scheduled tanks. According to the site condition, the batching machine and mixer can be arranged in a “—” or “L” line shape. The batching machine can choose to store three or four kinds of aggregate bins according to the user’s demand, the measurement of aggregates is carried out on the ground, and the measured materials are sent to the mixer by the elevating bucket.
It is suitable for concrete construction of industrial and civil building projects, water and electricity, port and dock, highway, railroad, airport, bridge and other engineering construction as well as concrete pre-products factories and commercial concrete production plants.
